How we sort
Every donated plushie is sorted into one of three conditions. Each condition has its own path to a child.

New
Unused donated plushies go straight to children. No rework needed.
02
Lightly used
Gently used plushies are cleaned and go straight to children.
03
Old
Worn plushies are disassembled. Their fabric is remade into new handmade plushies.
Zero waste
A worn plushie becomes a new one.
Old plushies aren't thrown away. Students take them apart and use the fabric to hand-sew new bears.
